Had a long slow wander around the old town later in the afternoon; found new ones; revisited old ones, mourned the loss of ones already blipped.

This one I'd not spotted previously; I am up and down here a lot and periodically peer in here, but never previously spotted it. So is it new, or am I not as observant as I'd like to think? (Probably the later...)

Block capitals; marker pen on door frame; no adornment, underlines, curly tails. No date.
