WWI in flowers......or work in progress!

Guildford Council are brilliant at developing and maintaining the numerous flower displays across the town. One of the most spectacular gardens is around the Castle Keep. Several weeks ago I decided I would come back and take a photograph of the display commentating WWI......unfortunately it was work in progress when I returned today.....the whole display was being dismantled. I took a couple of shots and came back a little later thinking it might just be a renovation session, BUT most plants had been removed. So the blip for the day is an almost wonderful display commemorating the start of WWI!
