Bench press

Packed a lot into today, maybe not such a good thing as definitely suffering from lurgey at the end. I did manage a brief escape at lunch, finally blipping this stud off a bench I pass each day. No time to stop though.

Laptop rejigged and on the home straight porting some software to the latest (ish) visual studio and wince 2013. Lots of IT sorting as well and more Tracker measurements in background amongst other things.

Hoping tomorrow will be steadier - have a long roadtrip on Thursday.
