Space 1999

I had to nip out this afternoon and passed this building on my way. There is a lot of new building work in and around town at the moment....some of it eye catching like this, some unfortunately resembling a prison camp. Reminds me of the story Kristal told us when we were in Norway...she is a town planner and her 'council' flew a group of them over here, specifically to Cambourn, to see how not to do it!

Treats all round when I got home...Jules has treated us all to a present.....the kids were really happy with their kindles, me with my multi point charger....got to keep those gadgets powered up.

The other event of interest tonight, apart from our penultimate practice for our forthcoming gig in the pub, was Sal losing her front tooth in one of Matt's malteser cakes. Fortunately she was more exited at the prospect of the Tooth Fairy coming to be concerned by the blood.
