Homemade chicken pie for tea... a recipe from Jamie's 30 Minute Meals.

It was very nice and everyone enjoyed it, so in that respect it was a success. However it did take longer than the 30 minutes that Jamie seems to be able to make it in. Although in retrospect I think even he probably struggles with the time frame as in the instructions he asks you to do a lot of things at speed and I quote, "quickly trim the spring onions", "quickly slice the carrots", "quickly beat the egg". I felt like I was in a cooking time trial!
