23 degrees
What an amazing day - glorious sunshine all day with a warm breeze - 23 degrees and still very early spring. it worked out well because our junior students were doing the 'Big Slurp' with their school milk - the year 6's decided to organise some events to coincide with the colouring in type activities that had been sent by Fonterra. So we had all sorts of things going on including the whole primary school out on the field doing a big slurp relay race - which involved slurping a carton of milk, next person runs with empty carton, next person has to flat pack and fold and then run to the next stage which is recycling said carton. Brilliant stuff and great fun had by all.
In between all of that had a BIG conference call and then this evening a BOT meeting.
I hd to nip out between shovelling my tea down and said meeting to capture this out on the Papatotara road
