Bowling, Forth and Clyde Canal Cygnets

Still great weather. I was really tired today and felt cold and a bit weary. I usually go swimming with Michael James on Wednesdays but today we went for a walk with Breesha along the canal to Bowling instead. It was a good pick me up. We fed the swans and cygnets, this family has survived well, then I got a hot chocolate and sat at the towpath and enjoyed the heat of the sun.
