New prop

It ended up being a very long day at work, but I made up for it by taking the boys first for a walk and later they had each a good training session.

Hero worked on a small section of his new routine. It was good.

Biscuit played with his new prop for the 2015 routine and we came up with some ideas for moves, which can involve a... oh yes his new prop is a violin :-)

Beat had fun with his chuck-it ball.

I managed to finish my training session before the rain came... Phew! Rain and thunder outside now...

I bought some already cooked chicken for tea as I couldn't find the energy to cook, when I came home.
