Shadow (Role) Dancer

A busy end to the week, with a 24 hours away-day planning session with work. Although a pretty intense methodology, it works really well in getting some focused work done, as well as giving us all time to get to know each other a bit better.

It was held in a gorgeous place in the Scottish borders, which is used by the Scottish Ambulance Service as their base for training paramedics. Somewhat disconcerting to go out to the coffee area and discover someone lying prone on the floor, surround by guys and gals in green administering CPR.
