I'M FOREVER BLOWING BUBBLES

The last few times I've walked into town I've noticed occasional giant bubbles floating over the shopping centre. Today I decided to find out where they were coming from. I don't know if this chap is doing it for his own amusement or to amuse the kids at the end of the school day. I'm absolutely certain the Council won't be paying him to do this outside their offices. I think it's rather good.
