Loch Lomond, of course, and a wonderful sunny blipmeet with LogFreuchie who lives near here. This is her tree, which she very kindly took me to see and then cheekily took a blip of me blipping her tree:-) See here.

It was so good to see Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond in the sunshine, as it so often has the top covered in cloud. We had an amusing meeting with some swans and ducks at the Balmaha Boat Yard, who must have assumed we had food for them but were sadly disappointed. They crowded round for a while until a little dog chased them all back into the water in a flurry of feathers!

A lovely 2-hour drive each way for me, with little hindrance from the Ryder Cup traffic apart from the 30 mph signs which slowed everyone down for no real reason. Don't you just hate speed limits and cones when there's nothing happening?

Very many thanks to W for showing me her "patch" and for a really enjoyable blipmeet:-)
