Rainbow Punch

Met MT for scone and tea, chat, sat at Cramond for a wee while, then dropped at Physio.

Was so tired that not enthusiastic for anything let alone getting on with what should be done. No matter how I try and be cheerie it sometimes is too obvious to others that I'm beating myself up for no trying enough.

Straight home and curled in bed to revive, tomorrow's another day, hopefully a colourful day but no colourfully beating myself to hibernating exhaustion.
