The Smoking Man

Remember the other Smoking Man?

The sunlight was bright and warm today, but the day was crisp. Nippy even. but it was good to escape from the LCD screen prison for a time to stretch the legs and get some vitamin D.

I took some shots of the castle and some other random bits and pieces, but the steam swirling around this close and the light off the cobbles entertained me for a short while. The strolling man with his sunlit rim lighting and shadow was an unexpected bonus.

Off for my daily dose of Winter Olympics and catch up with a few episodes of 24 now. Glad its the weekend. Looking forward to a lie in tomorrow. Yeah, yeah - I know - get them while you can etc :-).
