Grey Skies Rain Forcast

This shows the empire state building on the left, I thought the rainy skies would qualify for watery Wednesday. The river this morning was still full of police boats and the big Coast Guard boat, the police boats had gunmen at the end of the boats. I did not take my camera as we were playing footy with Roman , he is very lively and I wanted to keep my attention fully on him.
