Campus Writing Lab

The campus where I teach has always had a Writing Center. One year ago, the Center was converted to a Writing Lab. I find it to be the boringest place in my week as I spend two hours there every Tuesday afternoon. The students walk in at 2:00 and another group walks in at 3:00 and each one sits down in front of a computer and falls in. Then 45 minutes later they exit. They almost never ask a question.

Boring!
