Autumn arrives at Grange-over-sands

I took a drive up to Fell Foot at the bottom end of Lake Windermere today looking for Autumn colours only to find mist, low cloud and the trees not really turned yet.

After some lunch I drove down to Grange-over-sands and walking along the promenade was greated with this beautuful Autumnal scene, complete with sunshine.

Its a number of years since Ive been to Grange but will be going back very soon as there are quite a number of photo opportunities there.
