Thirsty work

A busy day - good-busy that is.

Began the day holding interviews for next year's Academic Captains. 12 interviews. 2 hours. 10 minutes each. Plenty of talking. And lots oflistening.

I was impressed - very impressed. Impressed firstly that the caliber of the interviewees was so high and secondly, because the 12 we interviewed were shortlisted from over 30 applications. Is the tide turning? More and more students wanting to lead and help others to achieve their best. Tall poppies growing taller and standing proud.
