Moel Famau

Today we were supposed to be having a day out to Chirk Castle to see thesebut due to the half inch of snow the NT decided not to open. Shame on you. So having travelled nearly 80 miles we drove thru Llangollen over the 'snow bound' Horseshoe pass to Loggerheads. Having all our winter walking gear in the car ensured we didn't have a wasted day as we walked up Moel Famau in the snow. It looked like this last year in October.
