Team Hornchurch

Today was our corporate volunteering day at work. One day a year, we are encouraged to organise and take part in a volunteering activity.

In the past we've helped with a community garden and with reclaiming a disused dock as a wildlife haven. This year we were fundraising for Richard House Children's Hospice in East London. My team, shown here, raised £720. Overall, our six teams raised £4,500 with the added help of a raffle and cake sale.
