A tropical tree

It is strange to see a tree blooming in September, isn't it?
I saw this tree in La Herradura this morning. I don't know what it is and I found it strange that it had some many big white flowers in this time of the year.
Perhaps this explains why this part of the coast is called the Tropical Coast.
