Consider the Lilies

I was in the local superstore yesterday, and I noticed these flowers on sale for a mere $5.00. I couldn't pass them up.

This was the best close-up I could get with my 18-55mm kit lens. I would really love to have a nice macro, but that'll come later.

I'm not at all religious, but I really like the verses from the Sermon on the Mount, Matthew 6:28-29. They speak of a simpler way of life to which I aspire.
