Distracted

I was standing at the bus stop when I noticed the leaves over the road in the sun. I crossed the road and got a few shots.

I was coming back from the hospital. I had an appointment with the psychiatric nurse where I cried for the whole 45mins. My dark thoughts are creeping back in again. She tried to get hold of the psychiatrist to see if I could start new meds earlier but she couldn't get him. I feel so low and emotional.


Came home and lay on the sofa for hours trying to sleep to no avail.
