Sweet Pea

Today I went to the dentist for my routine inspection and clean. The dentist said I have very strong teeth that are in good condition and plenty of people would swap their teeth for mine. The hygienist removed the scale build up fairly quickly this time - the build up wasn't as bad as some times. She did suggest "dry brushing" which apparently may be more effective than wet brushing with toothpaste at removing plaque! You still need to wet brush afterwards with toothpaste as it contains several useful things including fluoride ions.

Today's back-blip is a sweet pea in the front garden. My better half rather likes them and this one is rather pretty.
