What the ?!....

The process to replace cavity wall insulation would, we were assured, not even be noticed from inside the house. Nobody accounted for the fact that the cavity was open at the int where the boiler flue passed through the wall and as a result, some (a lot) of the old insulation was blown into the cupboard where the boiler is.
