Shoes

I need a new pair...something not too thick and not too thin, a pair neither dull nor garish, hard-wearing but not armour-plated. Not too hot and not too cold that's what they need to be. Just right. I'm going back tomorrow with my thoughts more carefully honed than they were this afternoon and a newly dispensed paycheque to boot....
