The Beach

Visited Mum and Dad yesterday, they live near the coast. Very sad to see how much my poor old Dad has deterioated since we last saw him. He is due to have an op mid week... its about 5 months too late coming and I hope that it is not to late and improves his quality of life. It's non existent at present. I don't have a good word to say about the NHS right now.

Took Maya to the beach for her walk... she love it. Wish I had taken the camera but the i-phone did good.

Back blipped, couldn't get on last night.
