I spent the day working in Ulverston which is always good. The place where I work is full of energy and interesting people. Nice lunch at Gillams, a browse around the shops and I bought a couple of Fatsia's from the market which will be nice in the garden.

A potential new client too and I am looking forward to working together.

This evening we finally got to the cinema in Kendal to see the new Helen Mirren film.

The briefest of chats with No 1 son who had spent the day at his induction at Royal Holloway College for his PhD. He says he will ring again tomorrow .....

I noticed this web on the gate while reversing out of the drive. It was so lovely that I had to blip it. Perhaps not quite as sharp as it could be (I was a bit impatient) but I liked it and it makes me think of autumn.
