Seagull and Pier

A gentle day off: to the dentist, the osteopath, to see PhilippaJ. All good. Had a quick sit on the beach but it was a bit chilly, autumn might finally be putting in a proper performance.

My shoulder is nearly all better, hooray. And it's Friday, double hooray!!
