Special Friday.

Ru's school had 'Special Friday' today.

Once a month the school has these days that parents/granny's /grandads /carers can go into the school for the last half hour of class. Usually they set a little task for the kids that the visitor can join in with.

The kids seem to really enjoy the visits and seem proud to show off their latest work in the classroom.

The first one since Ruaraidh started p2 with his new teacher and classroom so it was nice to see how he's settled.

Today's little task was to make a bridge out of spaghetti and small marshmallows.
Mr J took this task rather seriously and seemed to put on his structural engineering head! :-))))

Jamie was there to.... But I think he just ate most of the marmallows! (boy after my own heart!)
