some bad some good

Bad thing is that our younger one came home sick from school (but after a nap in the sofa she already felt a lot better). The good thing is that my hub is trying on a new hearing aid and they seem to be working quite well. I am doing all kind of tests on it by talking to him from different rooms and across the floors and its looking good. The last hearing aid he tested did not help at all, it for example magnified some sounds that he heard ok and did nothing to the sounds that was hard for him to hear. The inner ear is a really complicated construct and its a difficult thing to manage, so take good care of your ears !
