Third day in rehab. The group was pretty subdued today except for some muttering about the floor exercise session yesterday, for most if not all of us the most difficult and painful so far. Like me they're all tired, sore and feeling the strain. There's a considerable range of injuries, ailments, lengths of time they've endured it all etc and it's a diverse group of people in the more general sense but we all have pain in common. We all also like hydrotherapy and would be happy to spend the whole course in there.

Too tired to go in hunt of an image today but the high ceiling structure in the foyer interested me when I was having lunch, unfortunately the composition doesn't really work. It'll have to do.
