Peacock Alley

A hidden Edinburgh gem that I just discovered hidden in The Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh Caledonian Hotel on Princes Street whilst at The Vintage Wedding Fair with K's mum C.

It's a mixture of the modern with a railway-street-Harry Potter-esq magical mixture that has me transfixed. Must come back for afternoon tea and to bring K., to look at the wedding venue options available for more food for thought.

Today has been an interesting experience, not too overwhelming but a few ideas of what I'd like and also the 'little extras' that are more extravagances than essentials. Sometimes 2 years doesn't feel like much time for planning...
