Busy day sorting dissertation bits and bobs! Scary and exciting all at once! Took Stanley for a run today! He has so much energy and loves running with me (even though I am not very fast!) the only time he doesn't love it is when there is a doggy in the other direction whom he wants to speak to! Sorry Stan!
