Indulgence

Perfect end to a busy, busy day. A lovely service at the Cathedral, where our new staff were blessed by the Bishop followed by a community pot luck lunch which was delicious. Such an amazing array of food... and my little cheesecake was snaffled up in minutes so I guess it was ok. Then finally I dashed out to catch the remainder of the conference - no food (fortunately) but at least the afternoon coffee was palatable.

This evening I enjoyed a glass of fizz and a quiet moment at the club whilst I waited for my dinner guests to arrive.
