Canna Seeds

This Canna was beautiful in my garden last year, so thought I would over winter it in the greenhouse, my other half thought otherwise and put it on the compost heap!
It didn't stop it producing a lovely flower again this summer and then theses splendid seeds. I love the texture of them, quite alien looking.
I wonder what it will do next year??
