Making plans

No, not me making plans--I walked into a brand-new, swanky student centre on campus this evening to go to a talk, and found this hanging out near the toilets. It is a very beautiful, intricate map, abandoned in a corner. Clearly the builders forgot to do one last sweep.

There may be a hammer behind the panel in the toilet.
