Idyllic scene

Finally arrived at hotel in beautiful little town on Rio Deva surrounded by mountains.

Out for brief walk found a herd of 8 cows, 8 calves and 1 bull all happily munching (adults) or sleeping (babies). Had good conversation with 1 inquisitive cow. Only one had a loudly clanking bell - just visible in photo. I love that sound - perhaps I should equip my donkeys with them?

Really lovely place and I get to stay here for a week! Totally lost for language and no one speaks English or French. Had "fish" for dinner - very nice but no idea what it was!
