Closing Time !!

So I made it to my favorite bistrot to meet up with some friends.
And as usual I get the boot at closing time !
They have been working together for years.
High quality french cuisine with a home cooked feel (chef in the middle)
Quick and witty service (waiter on right).
Plus the extensive range of wine, rum and original cocktails (bartender on the left)
All simply outstanding when put together!
The atmosphere is exciting, laid back, fun and even intellectual at times (lol)
Though it remains a mystery, how even when at full capacity, they always appear to have everything under control...
