Eighteenth hole

Apparently there is some sort of golf competition on in Scotland at the moment. The Ryder Cup I believe it is called. I can't afford tickets for it but that's not a problem because I don't want to go. I'll just check out the highlights whenever one side or the other have won or lost the trophy and the celebrations and jingoism have calmed down.

Anyway, in recognition that it is taking place this is a shot of the eighteenth green at Kinghorn golf club. As you may, or may not, have noticed – not as large a crowd as the one at Gleneagles...

Perhaps this is why?
