Coffee with friends

I went into town to meet Ania and Emilia for coffee; and it was lovely, to sit and chat with someone on a day when I often don't see anyone at all.

I did have a meltdown later on in one of the shops and had to go home and hide and sleep for a while. This recovery is taking and will take a lot longer than I ever imagined.
