This time of year - after the winter rains - Israel is green and full of flowers and you can quite easily find fields full of red flowers. There are Anemone coronaria - Anemone - Anémone - Kruunuvuokko in Finnish - in Hebrew 'galanit'

Today I was with my very good friends in Ashkelon, near Gaza, and took many pictures of several kinds of flowers. The sun was shining and it was lovely warm. Feeling just great after the great day :)
