The Old Chair

The forecast was for a very wet Sunday, so last night we cancelled our Camera Clubs field trip which was being hosted by Jill, one of our members at her farm home. But the rain overnight disappeared and we decided to go ahead after all...although numbers were a bit diminished.

Jill showed us around her huge garden as well as her studio, then pottered off to look around the woolshed....so love the old timber floors and the well used look. There was an old chair sitting in the corner and managed to persuade Jill to sit for me in the lovely soft light.

Coffee at the nearby thermal area of Hell's Gate then some chose to wander around the grounds and I headed off to check out the nearby Tikitere Gardens and Nursery with one of the other girls. What a find, absolutely beautiful, can see me going there again. Today was one of those days when there were far too many photos to choose from. Have loaded some extras to Flickr.

...and thanks everyone for all your kind words on my 200th blipday yesterday, so love this community of fellow blippers and all your words of encouragement. Now onto the next 200....which I think may well happen as I am thoroughly addicted!
