sister0n-law and her hubs came to visit this weekend, to help celebrate ladySp33ds birthday. today we took ourselves and their dogs off for a walk around the old village quarry, now dubbed Maes y Pant, which has been transformed by the community and a smallish group of volunteers into a wonderful place to walk and do.

I showed littleA some of the outdoor fitness equipment there that I've been using on my recent bootcamp sessions and we couldn't get her off it. She'd be doing military-style pull-ups if we let her.
