Seasick Stevie Ray Vaughan

I'll admit it's an odd photo to choose for Park Guell. The owner of this battered resonator guitar was busking near the Calvary, we could hear him as we walked up the path, but he took a break as we arrived ....

He definitely sounded like a mixture of Seasick Steve and Stevie Ray Vaughan - you'll just have to take my word for that!

Park Guell is VERY POPULAR so pick your moment for a visit, early evening might be good as the light on the city is ok and it's not so hot walking around the park itself. It's good for 'people watching' too if you like that sort of thing, particularly iPhone on a stick girl taking multiple self portraits. Spend more than 20 seconds composing a shot and iPhone on a stick girl's mum will assume you know what you are doing and ask you to take her photo with her android phone!
