...Toil and Trouble!!

An afternoon in the kitchen has resulted in four full jam jars. I'd like to say that they are full of Blackberry Jam, but I fear they may be full of Blackberry Treacle! Before I do any more jam making, I really need to buy myself a jam-making thermometer. It tastes ok, and it's a very pretty colour, but I'm worried I'll never get it out of the jam jar!!
