Babies!!!

I am absolutely delighted to see that my long lived spider plant is having babies!!! The mother plant has been looking miserable for ages .. I have owned it for about 26 years now and last year got fed up of it hanging out of its pot looking miserable.. so I hacked it back removing the long dead stalk and repotting it not knowing if it would survive.. finally it has perked up and produced this wonderful stem of flowers with babies.. so now I can hope to pass on some little plantlets to my daughters!!
