Chagall and Music

Last night in Nice. Time for reflecting.

Today I visited the Chagall museum and noticed the reflection of a Chagall window on the piano in the auditorium while awaiting the start of a short film of his life.

From decorating the stage sets of productions such as Stravinsky's Firebird, to painting the ceiling of the Paris Opera or simply featuring musicians in much of his work, the art of Marc Chagall will always be linked to music.
