Red Rock Sunset

I decided to walk down to the river this evening as, apart from cutting the grass, I'd had a fairly sedentary day. I wandered down to this little tree (that I've blipped before on at least a couple of occasions). It's known as Red Rock or Peewit Island and I was expecting a misty landscape which would be something different for this location but it soon became evident that it was developing into a super sunset. I took quite a few shots but i was fairly sure that this was the one that would be my blip.

Although the sun's not down in this shot, it soon descended into some thick cloud and so it didn't get better than this. That's fine because I needed to get back to cook the supper.
