Top Team

Day two at Sandscale Haws an area of sand dunes near Barrow in Furness. We were up early to have breakfast and travel to the area. The relay involves a mass start for the mixed age group teams of a 14, 16 and 18. Concentration is key as they head out into the area with sand dunes being tricky to navigate through.

The Yorkshire girls had three excellent runs placing them second. A fantastic result considering we had a 16 year old running as an 18. This is the last leg runner being joined by her team mates for the run in.

A great weekend with delightful young people who gave their all for their teams.
