JIRCS Fun!

We've had a great weekend away in the Lake District at the Junior Inter Regional Competition, supporting our Yorkshire Squad. Tony was also controlling the individual event on Saturday in Graythwaite. As the youngsters arrived from all over the country they kept themselves occupied with fun and games whilst awaiting the start of the event. The Scots in particular are very good at finding novel ways of relaxing before running!

It was a hard fought event today between the eleven teams of 14, 16 and 18 year olds. Scotland won out with the North West coming in second and our Squad third.
